How Does Click & Collect Work?
Browse poolshoponline.co.za and add products to your cart. At checkout, select the PICK UP delivery method.
After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order details.
You'll receive a WhatsApp message when your order is packed and ready for collection — usually within 2 hours.
The WhatsApp message includes a unique QR code or barcode. Present this at the collection point to pick up your order.

Orders placed and confirmed before 12 pm on weekdays are available for same-day collection. Most orders are ready within 2 hours.
The click & collect service costs nothing — no delivery fee, no pickup charge. Just select "PICK UP" at checkout and save.
Please do not arrive at the collection point until you have received your WhatsApp confirmation, as your order may not be ready yet.
Orders for Saturday collection must be placed on Friday before 12 pm. No collection on Sundays or public holidays.
